7. Refund Policy
Home Trust Legal operates on a fixed-fee model. All fees paid are considered earned upon engagement unless otherwise stated in writing.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to support@hometrustlawup.com within 7 days of the original payment.
